Questions about the free plan
Is it really free?
Yes. The Personal plan is free for one person plus one family viewer, with up to 10 documents and expiry reminders. No card is needed to sign up.
Is a scanned copy of my ID as good as the original?
No. A stored copy is for reference, quick sharing and reminders. Where an original or a certified copy is required, you still need it. DocKnox helps you know where that original is and when it expires.
What happens if I run a small business too?
You can upgrade to the Micro plan at any time to add a business entity, team members and business document templates. Your personal documents stay separate.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. You can view documents, take photos to upload and receive reminders from your phone.
